1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website and any Teleworker products or services, including robotic systems, software platforms, digital twin integrations, remote presence systems, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.
2. Description of Services
Teleworker provides mobile robotic systems, remote field presence technology, software integrations, digital twin connectivity, and related support services for construction, facility management, and industrial applications.
Services may include:

Data collection and processing

BIM/digital twin integrations

Inspection and reporting tools

Subscription-based software services
Teleworker reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
3. Use of Services
You agree to use Teleworker’s Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable local, state, federal, and international laws.
You agree not to:

Use the Services in unsafe or prohibited environments

Reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with hardware or software

Interfere with system security or network integrity

Use the Services to violate privacy laws or surveillance regulations

Deploy the system in a way that creates unreasonable safety risk
You are responsible for ensuring your site conditions are safe and compliant for robotic deployment.
4. Safety and Operational Responsibility
Teleworker provides robotic systems as tools. The customer is responsible for:

Ensuring safe operating environments

Maintaining appropriate supervision
-
Training personnel as required
-
Compliance with OSHA, safety, and workplace regulations

Securing any required site permissions
Teleworker is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses arising from improper deployment, misuse, or unsafe site conditions.
5. Data Collection and Use
Teleworker systems may collect:

Images and video
-
LiDAR or spatial scan data
-
Environmental sensor readings
-
Operational logs
-
Asset metadata
Data ownership terms will be defined in separate service agreements where applicable. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

The customer owns site-specific operational data.

Teleworker may use anonymized and aggregated data to improve its systems.
Users are responsible for complying with privacy and surveillance laws related to recording individuals or property.
6. Intellectual Property
All Teleworker technology, including:

Hardware design
-
Software code
-
AI systems
-
Algorithms
-
Interfaces
-
Branding and trademarks
are the exclusive property of Teleworker or its licensors.
No license is granted except as expressly provided in a written agreement.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
Certain Services may require payment, subscription fees, or licensing fees.
Payment terms, billing cycles, and cancellation policies are defined in separate commercial agreements. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of Services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Teleworker shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, project delays, or data loss.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Warranties Disclaimer
Services and hardware are provided “as is” and “as available,” except as expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
Teleworker does not guarantee:

Continuous uninterrupted operation

Error-free software performance
-
Detection of all site conditions or hazards
-
Regulatory compliance of customer operations
10. Third-Party Integrations
Teleworker may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., BIM tools, facility management systems, cloud services). Teleworker is not responsible for the performance, security, or policies of third-party services.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Teleworker, its officers, employees, and affiliates from claims arising out of:

Misuse of Services

Unsafe deployment

Violation of laws
-
Breach of these Terms
12. Termination
Teleworker may suspend or terminate access to Services if these Terms are violated or if continued use poses safety or legal risk.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Changes to Terms
Teleworker may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
